So this is our 2ND day to basically be iced in. The major roads are drive able but everything else is a mess. I ventured out today for a quick run to the bank and Walgreens and I was out for well over an hour- won't be trying that again. Yesterday when I woke up I was worried about what in the world I would do with my kids all day long. I can handle being at home all day- as long as I know its by choice, not by force!!! But my neighbor called to see if Avery could come down and play...and so she did from lunch until dinner-it was quiet around here. Today was my turn to return the favor so I have had two 3-year olds since lunch. So far, so good- actually easier than having one 3-year old! Anyway....here are pics of our activities...

I'm so impressed. I've discovered from all these blogs that all my friends from college are so creative with crafts with their kids...I need to work on this skill! Merry Christmas to you guys!
